To keep customer expectations clear about orders and cancellation, our service position is that an order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, returns and exchanges are handled under the Refund Policy.

To set precise expectations about shipping, returns, and refunds, our operating standard is that eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery. melin pays approved return shipping. Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Size, material, care, and safety information must be reviewed on the applicable product page and is not replaced by these Terms.
